Business Development Manager (FM)

The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by securing new Facilities Management (FM) Operations and Alteration & Addition (A&A) projects. This is a highly commercial and client-facing role requiring a strong industry network, established contacts and proven ability to originate and close business opportunities.

Roles & Responsibilities

Identify, develop and secure new FM Operations and A&A business opportunities Leverage established industry networks and contacts to generate qualified leads and build a strong sales pipeline Acquire new clients and expand opportunities within existing accounts Build strong relationships with property owners, developers, REITs, managing agents, consultants and key decision-makers Manage the sales cycle from lead generation and client engagement through proposal, negotiation and contract award Work with internal teams to develop competitive technical and commercial solutions Monitor market trends, competitor activities and upcoming business opportunities Develop account strategies to drive recurring and new business Maintain sales forecasts, opportunity pipelines and business development updates Achieve sales, revenue and business development targets Requirements Degree/Diploma in Business, Engineering, Facilities Management, Building Services or related discipline At least 4 years of business development or sales experience within Facilities Management, Building Services, Construction or M&E Proven track record in securing FM Operations and/or A&A projects Strong established network and industry contacts with the ability to generate business opportunities Strong commercial, negotiation and relationship management skills Excellent communication and presentation skills Self-driven, proactive and results-oriented Able to travel and actively engage clients across Singapore
