Job Description

Description The Campaign Project Manager (CPM) for Trafficking & Lifecycle oversees the production coordination of lifecycle and trafficking campaigns for Prime Video International (PVIXA) Scaled O&O across 12+ territories. This CPM coordinates campaign workflows across O&O channels — Cross-Site, Outbound (email/push), WhatsApp, and FireTV — covering lifecycle initiatives including onboarding, retention, re-engagement, and upsell campaigns. The role sits at the center of campaign activation, connecting stakeholders across Product, Prime, Growth & Engagement, and regional teams to ensure every campaign launches on time and at quality. Traffic & Lifecycle is a high-volume operation supporting all business lines (SVOD, Channels, TVOD, Sports), and this role provides the dedicated operational coordination that keeps campaign production running smoothly at scale. Day to day, the CPM manages campaign approvals, coordinates cross-functional workflows, supports War Room activations during high-velocity events (Prime Day, major sports events, strategic title launches), and monitors campaign quality through QA validation across multiple channels and territories. The CPM understands campaign requirements from the O&O Marketing team, cascades work to the appropriate GSS Campaign Operations (CO) teams for execution, removes blockers, and enables the on-time launch of lifecycle and traffic campaigns. The CPM does not execute the actual campaign builds — they coordinate and oversee that the right teams within CO receive the work and that campaigns activate on time. This role supports coordination across 12+ territories and all five PVIXA business lines, operating within a rapidly growing operational environment. Without this incremental role, Marketing Managers would be required to divert bandwidth from strategic planning and campaign strategy to handle operational execution tasks — including campaign approvals, task queue management, QA validation, and War Room coordination. Key job responsibilities Coordinate cross-functional teams, gathering inputs and anticipating bottlenecks for campaign delivery across Product, Prime, Growth & Engagement, and regional teams Serve as a coordination point for Traffic & Lifecycle campaign workflows, liaising with internal stakeholders, providing timely responses on task status per SLA, and routing requests Act as an campaign approval authority for lifecycle and traffic campaigns cross multiple O&O channels Compile Traffic & Lifecycle campaign delivery data and performance metrics for reporting Provide War Room support during high-velocity events (e.g., Prime Day, major sports events, strategic title launches, HVEs), helping remove blockers Coordinate and oversee lifecycle campaign delivery across O&O channels (Cross-Site, Outbound, WhatsApp, FireTV), cascading requirements to the appropriate teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery Perform QA validation across O&O channels (Cross-Site, Outbound, WhatsApp, FireTV) and territories, Execute targeting segment creation and weblab experiment configuration Route campaign updates and adjustments across O&O channels Manage campaign updates based on new channel configurations, audience segment changes, and targeting adjustments across all relevant O&O channels Monitor campaign performance against established KPIs Participate in weekly team alignment meetings, providing campaign status updates and surfacing blockers Basic Qualifications • Experience in testing and QA environments • Can manage multiple projects and meet deadlines • 2+ years of experience in campaign operations, marketing operations, or digital campaign production • Experience working within a scaled, multi-market campaign production environment • Proficiency with campaign management tools and platforms (e.g., Airtable, CMS, project management tools) • Effective written and verbal communication skills in English • Experience working in a cross-functional, multi-stakeholder environment • *If Internal candidate, L4 is required Preferred Qualifications • Experience and understanding of the workflow within a marketing, production, or creative department or company • Experience executing scaled marketing campaigns through email or social media • Experience with A/B testing • Experience in streaming, media, or entertainment industry campaign operations • Knowledge of SIM ticketing processes and escalation protocols • Experience working in Prime Video and/or Global Shared Services (GSS) Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
