Reporting to the Programme Director, the successful candidate will join the team and bring 4+ years of experience, ideally gained within an agency environment similar to LePub. ## Responsibilities **Key Responsibilities:** * Plan, coordinate, and manage the execution of advertising and marketing projects across multiple platforms (digital, print, social, etc.) * Serve as the primary point of contact between internal teams and clients * Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and budgets * Monitor progress and performance of all assigned projects, identifying risks and resolving issues proactively * Facilitate regular status meetings and ensure timely communication of project updates * Maintain accurate project documentation, timelines, and reports * Coordinate with vendors, freelancers, and third-party partners when needed * Champion best practices in project management and drive continuous improvement ## Qualifications **Who you are:** * 4+ years of experience in project management, preferably within an advertising or marketing agency * Strong understanding of creative processes and production workflows * Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills * Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines * Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or similar * PMP or similar certification is a plus ## Additional Information We are committed to creating an environment where people can unlock their potential and build a long-term growth path. **What We Offer** * **Continuous Development:** Personalized learning and development opportunities available at every stage of your career. * **Growth Culture:** Challenging projects within a collaborative and innovation-driven environment. * **People Care:** Initiatives dedicated to physical and mental wellbeing, fostering a culture of collaboration, respect, and inclusion. * **Compensation:** Annual Gross Salary Range (RAL) €32,000 – €37,000 The salary range has been determined based on objective and neutral criteria, including role responsibilities, required competencies, organizational level, market benchmarks, and internal equity considerations. The indicated salary range is valid at the time of publication.
