In this role, I acted as a trusted advisor and sparring partner for stakeholders, providing independent insights and driving continuous improvement across processes, policies, and operational activities. I worked closely with teams to identify challenges, ensure compliance, and support effective decision-making at all organizational levels. Key responsibilities included: • Serving as a strategic sparring partner for stakeholders and subject matter experts with deep domain knowledge • Providing independent analysis, trend insights, and management reporting to support informed decision-making • Identifying operational bottlenecks and translating findings into process and policy improvements • Collaborating closely with TM teams to understand business challenges and optimize ways of working • Maintaining a proactive, hands-on approach with a strong focus on quality, governance, and compliance • Advising colleagues, business units, and senior management on operational and strategic matters This role required strong analytical capabilities, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to bridge business needs with practical process improvements while ensuring high standards of quality and compliance.
