Full-Time/Part-Time Receptionist

Hi! LEEKAJA HAIR SALON is looking for Full-Time/Part-Time Receptionist.

You will be responsible for: Warmly greeting and responding to client inquiries in a with professional and positive attitude Manage making appointments via calls, WhatsApp etc and serving customer Process transactions (cash and credit cards) and issue receipts Welcome walk-ins, answer questions about services and schedule appointments based on availability Update client records with contact and billing details, appointments and services offered Maintain the cleanliness of the salon Keep records of cash inflows and outflows Manage stock (stock in and out) Creating posts to post on social media Requirements and skills Previous work experience as a Salon Receptionist, Front Desk Representative or similar role preferred Familiarity with processing transactions Excellent communication abilities (verbal, phone and email) with a customer service attitude An ability to remain calm under stressful circumstances Fluent in English Friendly and warm personality Tidy and organised Good attitude and willingness to learn Able to multi task during busy period Team player Reliable, responsible and committed Singaporean/ PR/ LTVP ONLY For interviews and more enquiries, Please contact us at +65 9017 4775 or email us to cielhairkorean@gmail.
