Customer Service Officer (Front Desk)

What you'll do Welcome clients and keep reception tidy Answer enquiries by phone, WhatsApp, email and social media Manage bookings, changes and reminders; keep therapists and rooms on schedule Keep client records, CRM and website information up to date Sell and activate memberships; track vouchers and expiry dates Process payments and prepare daily sales reports Handle product orders, collections and stock Assist with marketing promotions Resolve client concerns, escalating when needed What we're looking for Client-facing experience in beauty, spa, clinic, retail or hospitality Warm, calm and accurate Comfortable with email, WhatsApp and spreadsheets Written and spoken English and Mandarin, to serve our Chinese-speaking clients How to apply Singaporeans and PRs are preferred.
