Must Have: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field. • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar agile certifications. • Strong understanding of both Scrum methodology and business analysis frameworks. • Hands-on experience with DevOps tools and processes, particularly CI/CD pipelines. • Scrum and Agile Expertise: Demonstrated ability to lead Agile ceremonies and implement Scrum principles effectively across development teams. • Business Process Modeling: Proficiency in modeling current and future business processes using tools like BPMN and process flow diagrams. • Requirements Gathering: Strong expertise in gathering and documenting business requirements, translating them into actionable user stories and process documents. Nice to have: Prior OPS/Public sector exp.
