This full-time role involves leading customer and commercial contracting for hyperscale and major enterprise clients across the Asia Pacific region, reporting directly to the General Counsel. Responsibilities & Scope of Work • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, with a focus on customer contracts and service level agreements for hyperscale and major customers. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, operations, finance, technical) to ensure legal compliance and mitigate risks in commercial transactions. • Provide legal opinions and advice on regulatory compliance matters, including data privacy, cybersecurity, and environmental regulations. • Monitor legal developments in the industry and provide updates and guidance to the organization. • Manage outside counsel and legal service providers as needed. • Assist in the development and implementation of legal policies, procedures, and templates to streamline contracting. • Actively champion and implement organizational policies on health & safety, environment, energy, quality, information security, and business continuity.
