Senior Affiliate Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Affiliate Manager based in Canada. As a Senior Affiliate Manager, you will play a key role within a high-growth environment, taking ownership of affiliate relationships and driving profitable customer acquisition. You will manage and expand an existing partner network while actively identifying and recruiting new affiliates and business opportunities. The role is highly data-driven, requiring close attention to traffic, conversions, profitability, ROI, and funnel performance. You will use performance insights to optimize campaigns, improve acquisition efficiency, and support the continued growth of the affiliate program. This is a hands-on position offering significant autonomy and ownership in a fast-moving consumer technology environment. The ideal candidate combines strong commercial instincts with analytical expertise and a proactive approach to partnership development. Accountabilities: • Manage, develop, and strengthen existing affiliate relationships to maximize performance and long-term value. • Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates and strategic business partners. • Monitor traffic, conversions, ROI, affiliate-level performance, profitability, and campaign results. • Analyze funnel performance and partner-level economics to identify opportunities for improved acquisition efficiency. • Optimize affiliate campaigns and commercial strategies to increase conversion rates and overall performance. • Monitor changes in traffic and conversion trends, responding quickly to performance shifts and emerging opportunities. • Continuously improve affiliate processes, partner communication, and operational workflows. • Use data-driven insights to support the scaling of the affiliate program and inform commercial decisions. • Identify opportunities to improve acquisition efficiency across relevant performance marketing channels. Requirements • 5+ years of professional experience in affiliate marketing or affiliate management. • Proven track record of managing, developing, and growing affiliate partnerships. • Demonstrated experience identifying, recruiting, and developing new affiliates, with a strong understanding of affiliate profitability. • Hands-on experience with affiliate tracking, analytics, and reporting platforms. • Strong understanding of affiliate marketing, media buying, paid social, SEO, and broader performance marketing principles. • Strong commercial mindset with a clear focus on measurable performance and profitability. • Fluent English, both written and spoken. • Highly proactive and hands-on, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate performance data into actionable decisions. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly. • Comfortable working with uncensored / NSFW products and content as part of the advertising and commercial environment. • Ability to work independently while maintaining effective relationships with affiliates and internal stakeholders.
