Job Overview

Facilitate study setup, including protocol and budget review, leading meetings, and developing project plans. Partner with the Study Setup team for quality database setup and oversee protocol documentation. Prepare and present protocol-specific materials at Kick Off and Investigator meetings.

Monitor project plans, timelines, and deliverables, manage documentation, and oversee study monitoring and reporting. Manage study scope changes and budget monitor quality of the study and any service-related issues, implementing changes as required.

Collaborate with project management to improve processes and service quality. Coordinates company services, such as but not limited to, database setup, data management, and lab operations, and serves as a resource for internal departments.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences and/or related field preferred Equivalent combinations of education, training, and experience may be considered.
