Procurement Specialist with French

**The position** Looking for a role where you are responsible not only for purchase orders processing but also play a key role in providing the goods and services needed on time? Help us build Procurement team for European markets.

**Tasks & responsibilities** As a **Procurement Specialist with French** , you will be responsible for: + Processing and creating indirect purchase requisitions submitted by internal employees across various departments and countries, ensuring compliance with established procedures and regulatory requirements.

+ Creating purchase orders for goods and services provided by external suppliers. + Conducting quality checks and audits of procurement requests and supporting documentation. + Supporting internal stakeholders in the creation of purchase requisitions.

+ Responding to inquiries from internal employees regarding procurement processes and procedures. + Performing additional Plant Maintenance-related activities, such as creating and updating Purchase Info Records. + Providing support to stakeholders with training-related requests and procurement reporting.

**About our future employee** You should speak French (min. B2) and English (communicative B1-B2) and have min. 1 year of experience in a procurement or sourcing position. We are also open for candidates from other Finance areas (especially Order to Cash) if you demonstrate the willingness to learn on the job.

**Additionally, we are looking for:** + Bachelor's degree. + Customer orientation even in difficult situations and in contact with higher hierarchy levels. + Excellent communication skills. + Experience with SAP IT systems - weBuy, SAP ERP preferred.
