Job Description
The Prime Video Personalization & Discovery team is seeking a talented Senior Manager of Product Management Tech with required prior experience in Personalization, Recommendations and intelligent content - 6+ years of team management experience - 10+ years of end to end product delivery experience - 10+ years of technical product or program management experience - Bachelor's degree - Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product - Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition - Experience leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product - Minimum 2 years leading teams of 10-15 people including building the team - Minimum 3 years of experience in a Media Tech space including Streaming Personalization, Marketing Tech, Ad Tech
