Senior Forward Deployed Engineer

The Senior Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) serves as a senior technical bridge between customer needs, business outcomes, and technology solutions.

Working directly within customer environments, this role partners with business and technical stakeholders to understand complex challenges, identify opportunities for improvement, and design, develop, deploy, and optimize solutions that deliver measurable value.

The Senior FDE possesses deep expertise in company and partner platforms, products, accelerators, and reusable assets and applies this expertise to solve complex customer-specific business and technical problems.

Combining engineering, solution architecture, consulting, and customer engagement capabilities, the Senior FDE delivers and guides complex solution initiatives across the end-to-end lifecycle, from discovery and design through implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement.

Operating independently within their area of expertise, the Senior FDE exercises sound judgment in addressing complex customer challenges, contributes to delivery excellence and reusable best practices, and supports customer success through innovative, scalable, and sustainable technology solutions.
