ICT Infrastructure Engineer

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Network & Security Engineer to join our team in the Network Operations and Engineering function. The ideal candidate will play a key role in implementing and maintaining our organization's network infrastructure. The role involves working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of the network.

Roles & Responsibilities

Part of a team that is responsible for the Network Engineering, Operations & Deployment function and supporting Datacenter, Campus, Remote Offices and Public Cloud Network. This is a technical hands-on role in the Network Services team as Senior Network & Security Engineer.

• Lead network deployment projects, ensuring timely and successful implementation of network solutions.

• Work closely with vendors and third-party providers for Solution Architecture, Equipment procurement and installation.

• Provide Tier-3 support for Network & Security related issues and participate in a rotating Network Operations on-call schedule, including weekends, supporting a multi-vendor network for Enterprise Network.

• Create, maintain and review High Level Design, Low Level Design & Operational practices across the teams.

• Drive network operations and day-to-day task efficiencies through Automation.

• Experience in deploying and working with AI tools applied to network operations, including AIOps platforms, AI-assisted troubleshooting, and anomaly detection

• Experience in the deployment and configuration of Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers to enable large language models to interact with and query network infrastructure and operational data is highly desirable. Preferred qualifications A bachelor’s degree and 8 -14 years of experience in core Network technologies including Cisco ACI, Checkpoint & Palo Alto Firewalls, F5 Load balancer & WAF.
