QA Engineer (Fin DB)

The role is about: As a QA Engineer – FinDB , you will help ensure the quality, stability, and reliability of our financial data and payment-related systems. You will work across QA Automation, API and backend testing, functional testing, and debugging , helping make sure our systems process and handle data accurately.

This is a hands-on QA Automation role where you will contribute to strong test coverage, identify issues early, and help deliver stable and reliable software in a complex financial environment We are looking for someone who can take ownership of QA activities, understand systems deeply, and contribute to building a strong quality mindset within the team.

Location: Remote from Poland, Portugal (Contractor arrangement) or Cyprus Onsite (Relocation support provided) Reporting to: Team Lead What you will do: Build and maintain automated tests using Playwright with TypeScript . Create and execute test cases based on new feature implementations.

Perform API and backend testing , ensuring correct system behaviour and data integrity. Perform functional, integration, regression, and system testing across FinDB systems. Conduct manual testing when needed to ensure full coverage.

Prepare test scenarios, test cases, test data, and coverage based on product requirements. Analyse logs and system flows to identify issues and understand root causes. Identify, document, and track defects with clear evidence and reproducible steps.

Participate in refinement sessions and provide QA input early in the development lifecycle. Collaborate closely with
