What you will do: Oversee a complex, multi-stream program end-to-end with external client —setting program controls, tracking milestones across projects, and proactively managing risks and issues.

Establish technical, architectural, and delivery governance with standardized reporting and compliance; lead stakeholder engagement from C-suite to delivery teams and clients; and ensure benefits realization by aligning deliverables to planned outcomes and quality standards.

In your day-to-day you will be responsible to: Roadmap & governance: Own the program roadmap, controls, cadence, KPIs/OKRs, and standardized reporting/compliance.

Cross-stream orchestration: Align PMs, vendors, and client teams; manage interdependencies across multiple work streams, schedule, and resources (people/budget/tech).

Risk & performance: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate program-level risks, maintaining a centralized register and contingency plan; manage budget, ROI, and outcomes; deliver clear exec-ready updates.
