ICT Project Manager

• Lead and manage ICT projects throughout their full lifecycle, from initiation to closure. • Establish and maintain project controls to ensure milestones, deliverables and business objectives are achieved on time and within scope. • Manage project plans, schedules, governance activities, reporting, risks, issues, dependencies and change requests. • Monitor project quality and ensure deliverables meet agreed standards and business requirements. • Coordinate and communicate effectively with project boards, business stakeholders, suppliers and delivery teams. • Assign and oversee project activities, balance workload and priorities, and support high-performing project teams. • Manage project delivery using Agile methodologies and modern project management practices. • Prepare and deliver project documentation, presentations, status reports and steering committee materials. • Facilitate project meetings, workshops and stakeholder engagement activities.
