Mid-Level Full Stack Developer - Windows & Desktop Applications

The business is experiencing strong growth following the onboarding of new customers and is expanding its development team with multiple new roles. The Role You’ll be working across the development of a core POS application, with a strong focus on Windows desktop development and WinForms. The application is deployed directly onto POS terminals rather than being purely cloud-based, so experience building robust desktop applications is key. You’ll work across both front-end and back-end development, collaborating with a talented team and using modern tools, including AI, to enhance development efficiency and quality. What You’ll Be Doing • Developing and enhancing Windows desktop applications • Building and maintaining applications using C# and .NET • Working extensively with WinForms • Developing software deployed directly onto hardware • Contributing to both front-end but mainly back-end development • Working with cloud technologies including Azure or AWS • Troubleshooting, testing and improving existing applications • Working collaboratively within an agile development environment • Using AI development tools to enhance productivity, code quality and problem-solving About You We’re looking for a mid-level developer who has a strong background in: • C# / .NET development • Windows desktop application development • WinForms • Full-stack development experience • Backend development • Azure and/or AWS • Strong communication and collaboration skills Java experience will also be considered for the right candidate, provided you have solid desktop development experience and are comfortable working with C#/.NET. Most importantly, you’ll genuinely enjoy desktop application development and be comfortable working with software that runs directly on physical devices.
