About the Role: Aditya Birla Capital Limited is looking for dynamic Wealth Professionals and Corporate Sales Managers to manage the Corporate/Institutional Sales business. The role offers an opportunity to work closely with affluent clients, corporates, financial institutions, and investment specialists to deliver fixed income solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Acquire and manage Corporate and Institutional clients. - Drive client retention, portfolio deepening, and revenue growth. - Collaborate with research and product teams to enhance client engagement. - Achieve sales, AUM, and fee income targets. - Build strong referral networks and expand market presence. Desired Candidate Profile: - 5+ years of experience in Wealth Management, Private Banking, Investment Advisory, or Treasury Sales. - Strong network in the local HNI and corporate ecosystem. - Sound understanding of investment products, financial markets, and asset allocation. - Proven track record in client acquisition and relationship management. - Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
