About the Role Smith & Co Recruitment is partnering with an established Queensland civil contractor experiencing continued growth across its TMR and road infrastructure portfolio. We are seeking experienced Project Engineers and Senior Project Engineers for multiple opportunities across Brisbane North, Brisbane South and the Sunshine Coast, along with FIFO and relocation opportunities throughout Queensland. These positions will see you take ownership of key engineering and delivery functions across roadworks, earthworks and civil infrastructure packages. You'll work closely with Project Managers, Supervisors, subcontractors and site teams to drive safe, commercially successful project delivery. Whether you're a Project Engineer ready for greater responsibility or a Senior Project Engineer looking to step onto larger and more complex projects, there are opportunities to continue progressing your career. Salary & Benefits • $150,000–$180,000 + Super + Company Vehicle • Multiple Project Engineer & Senior Project Engineer positions • Brisbane North, Brisbane South and Sunshine Coast opportunities • FIFO and relocation opportunities available across Queensland • Exposure to a strong pipeline of TMR and road infrastructure projects • Career progression as the contractor's project portfolio continues to grow • Join experienced civil construction and project delivery teams Key Responsibilities • Coordinate engineering and construction activities across TMR road projects • Manage subcontractors, procurement, RFIs, ITPs and project documentation • Monitor project costs, forecasts, programs and progress against key milestones • Work with site teams to maintain safety, quality and TMR specifications • Support Project Managers with planning, reporting and commercial delivery What You’ll Bring • Degree qualification in Civil Engineering or a related discipline • Previous Project Engineer or Senior Project Engineer experience • Demonstrated experience delivering TMR and road infrastructure projects • Strong knowledge of civil construction, earthworks and project delivery • Ability to coordinate contractors, stakeholders and site-based teams Ready for Your Next TMR Project?
