Description A hands-on engineering professional who can work with Honeywell regions to identify opportunities, convert them into GPE billable Services work, support existing portfolios, and help build a high-utilization engineering team. • Able to build working relationships across Honeywell regions and functions. • Comfortable talking to regional teams and understanding their engineering support needs. • Takes ownership and follows up until work is converted into actual GPE Billable services • Can explain technical topics clearly to engineers, leaders, and stakeholders. • Works well with people from different teams, regions, and product groups. • Able to balance growth activities and billable project work. • Helps others and shares knowledge openly. • Can work independently with limited supervision. • Organized and able to manage multiple opportunities and projects at the same time. • Looks for practical solutions instead of waiting for direction. • Comfortable working in an environment where not everything is already defined. • Willing to learn new Honeywell products, services, and business areas. • Focused on execution and delivering results rather than creating presentations Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Establish & Grow SETS & HSS Services Within GPE • Partner with Honeywell regional teams to identify engineering work suitable for GPE. • Develop and standardize HSS & SETS service offerings. • Create repeatable remote-support and site-support delivery models. • Expand GPE engagement across Honeywell businesses and regions. • Convert regional demand into recurring billable engineering work. Deliver Engineering Services for Existing IMC Portfolio Support billable engineering activities including: • Technical reviews , Troubleshooting and RCA • Proposal support ,Engineering documentation • FAT/SAT , Startup and commissioning , Customer technical support Qualifications Qualifications • Education • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Instrumentation, Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Chemical, Automation or related discipline). Experience • 10-15 years of relevant engineering & site commissioning experience for: • Experience in Honeywell Thermal Solutions (HTS) portfolios/ services / offerings or similar external no Honeywell organizations is a MUST • Experience in any one or more Honeywell IMC (Industrial measurement & controls) portfolios- FI ,Skids ,Terminals Key Skills Domain • Field Instrumentation / Process Automation • Burner Management Systems / Industrial Combustion Systems • Package Systems / Skids Functional • Technical Reviews/Consulting • Root Cause Analysis/ Troubleshooting • Documentation (e.g. Bill of Material, Method Statements, Start-up & shutdown procedures, Functional & Detailed engineering /design specifications, Progress Reporting to customers, Technical Queries, System Installation, Integration & Power On procedures, FAT/ SAT Procedures) • Site Surveys / Site Commissioning / FAT / SAT Business Development • Engineering Service Offering Development (Remote & Site)
