Summary Position Summary Finance Transformation Join our Finance Transformation practice to help Deloitte client service teams define and execute Finance and Global Business Services agendas and strategies. You will work with world-class teams and insights, helping support delivery in challenging environments, market uncertainty, technology development, and regulatory considerations to help unlock value. Your work may span strategy, operations, process design, and technology as we collaborate with teams to enable transforming finance. Position Summary Level: Analyst or equivalent As an experienced Consultant at Deloitte Consulting Services, you will be responsible for individually delivering high quality work products within due timelines. Need-basis you will be mentoring and/or directing junior team members/liaising with onsite/offshore teams to understand the functional requirements. Work you’ll do: You’ll plan and deliver Oracle FCCS applications by assessing risks, gathering requirements, designing, developing, and ensuring high-quality delivery. You’ll focus on technical execution, work independently with guidance from leads, and provide functional expertise in EPM processes like Consolidation, Reporting, and Reconciliations. You’ll translate business needs into system solutions, contribute as an individual or team lead, oversee daily reporting and delivery, and play a key role in all project phases from requirements through Hypercare. The team: Controllership & Treasury Transformation (C&TT) is one of the offerings within the Finance Transformation portfolio of Deloitte US India Consulting. This Offering advises, implements, and delivers solution as-a-service relating to digital finance strategies, financial planning and analysis, enterprise performance strategies and technologies solutions. By taking a holistic view of these key business areas from strategy development through process design and technology enablement, we help our clients navigate their challenges while continuing to succeed in their business. Qualifications Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications: • 3-6 years of project experience in implementation of Oracle FCCS • Project experience in EPM Suite of Products 11.x and/or Oracle FCCS • Hands-on experience in building metadata, designing webforms, data reconciliation, building dashboards and creating complex business rules to cater custom consolidations • Proficient in creation of Business Rules – Custom consolidations, Intercompany eliminations, automating Cash Flow, Custom Translations and Currency Overrides, Dynamic calculations • Must have a good knowledge of intercompany eliminations, currency translations & financial statement presentations • Should have excellent Excel, VB and Python scripting skills • Knowledge of upgrade & migration from On-Premises to Cloud Good to Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications: • Should be involved in the Design, Implementation, Prototyping, Enhancements and Performance tuning of FCCS applications • Industry expertise in domains like Media and Entertainment, Consumer and Industrial Products, Banking, etc. • Should have experience of conducting User Acceptance Test, and preparing deliverables such as design documents, test documentation, training materials and administration/procedural guides • Should have understanding and experience of software development best practices • Good to have knowledge of any RDBMS like Oracle, SQL Server • Exposure to traditional and Agile project delivery Education: • Bachelor’s/Master's degree in Business, Technology or Math/Engineering (B.E./B.Tech (Computer Science) or CAs/CPAs, MBAs) from accredited university Location: • Bengaluru/Hyderabad/Pune/Chennai/Kolkata Shift Timings: • 11 AM to 8 PM or 2 PM to 11 PM IST as per business requirements #FT_FCCS #CSReferral-FY26 Our purpose Deloitte’s purpose is to make an impact that matters for our people, clients, and communities.
