Notice Period: Immediate Joiner Job Description: • Job title : Senior Salesforce Developer • Experience: 7+ years • Location: Chennai (Onsite) Roles and Responsibilities: • We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer with 5–7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development, Salesforce Admin experience and strong expertise in Salesforce.com, Lightning, Apex, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Agentforce. The ideal candidate will have experience delivering enterprise Salesforce implementations and developing scalable solutions using Salesforce best practices. • Design, develop, and implement scalable solutions on the Salesforce Platform. • Develop custom Salesforce functionality using Apex, Triggers, Trigger Frameworks, Queueable Apex, Batch Apex, SOQL, and Web Services. • Build modern user experiences using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components. • Configure and develop solutions across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. • Develop and support Agentforce solutions and integrations based on business requirements. • Design and troubleshoot integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Web Services, Middleware, and ETL tools. • Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support activities. • Follow Salesforce best practices, governor limits, order of execution, coding standards, and Agile development methodologies. • Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to deliver enterprise Salesforce solutions. Required Skills and Experience • 5–7+ years of Salesforce development experience. • Experience delivering 3+ Salesforce project implementations. • Strong enterprise experience across Salesforce.com, Lightning, Apex, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Agentforce. • 5–7+ years of Salesforce development experience with multiple Salesforce implementations. • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce.com, Lightning, Apex, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud. • Experience with Agentforce and Salesforce AI capabilities. • Strong back-end development skills including Apex, Triggers, Trigger Frameworks, Queueable Apex, Batch Apex, and SOQL. • Strong understanding of Salesforce Governor Limits and Order of Execution. • Experience developing Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components. • Experience with Salesforce integrations, including REST/SOAP APIs, Web Services, Middleware, and ETL tools. • Experience with MuleSoft and debugging integration issues is preferred. • Hands-on experience with Git/GitHub, Bitbucket, Azure DevOps, or similar version-control platforms. • Experience with Salesforce deployment tools such as VS Code/SFDX, Copado, Gearset, or similar tools. • Experience working in large enterprise Salesforce environments. • Strong communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with peer code reviews and coding standards. • Nice to Have • Hands-on experience with ServiceMax implementations and configurations. • Experience with ServiceMax modules such as Work Orders, Installed Products, Contracts, Preventive Maintenance, and Service Agreements. • Experience with ProntoForms mobile forms integrated with Salesforce/ServiceMax. • Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Agentforce-related certifications.
