Key Requirements: • Strong Business Analysis & Requirements Engineering experience • Enterprise process discovery & workflow redesign • Strong stakeholder workshop facilitation skills • User stories, acceptance criteria, business rules & process flows • Agile / Azure DevOps / Jira backlog management • Data analysis & validation • UAT, business validation, user training & adoption • Ability to identify opportunities across Generative AI, Agentic AI, RAG, OCR/Document Intelligence & workflow automation • Practical understanding of LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, Prompt Engineering, Vector Search, Tool/Function Calling & MCP • Understanding of enterprise systems such as ERP/CRM, databases, APIs, SharePoint and AI platforms Ideal for professionals who can bridge the gap between business requirements and AI implementation without needing to be full-time developers.
