We are hiring a Technical Sourcer to build the pipelines for Plaid’s core Engineering and Data Science population. You will own the top of the funnel across one or multiple tech pipelines, from market research and pipeline strategy through to qualified candidates entering the interview process.

You will carry a high req load across multiple teams at once, and you will do it without losing the details that make a pipeline trustworthy. You will also turn what you learn into intelligence the team can use: where the talent actually sits
