Manager - Corporate Finance - eCommerce

About the Role: A growing E-commerce company is looking for a Corporate Finance Manager to join its finance team. The role will involve managing core finance operations across reporting, audits, controls, treasury, compliance, and investor requirements. This is a hands-on opportunity for a Chartered Accountant who can independently manage multiple finance functions and work closely with business leaders and external stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. Location: Gurugram Mode: Full-time/on-site/5-days Role Responsibilities: - Manage monthly financial closing, reconciliations, MIS, and reporting - Coordinate statutory and internal audits, due diligence, and financial controls - Oversee cash flow planning, treasury operations, banking relationships, and loan-related activities - Manage tax and regulatory requirements including GST, TDS, and tax audits - Coordinate with legal and company secretarial teams on finance-related compliance - Handle investor reporting and finance-related information requests - Work with auditors, bankers, consultants, and internal teams to close finance-related matters - Improve existing finance processes, reporting systems, and internal controls - Ensure financial records and documentation are accurate, complete, and audit-ready Requirements: - Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3 - 5 years of post-qualification experience - Prior experience with a Big 5 accounting firm is required - Strong understanding of financial reporting, audits, internal controls, and due diligence - Hands-on experience with monthly closing, reconciliations, MIS, and financial analysis - Working knowledge of treasury, cash flow, banking, loans, taxation, and corporate compliance - Ability to work with external advisors, investors, auditors, and senior stakeholders - Strong Excel and financial analysis skills; experience with ERP systems is preferred - Experience in a startup, consumer brand, or high-growth business will be an advantage - Strong ownership, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities If keen to know more, reach out to us
