The Amazon Logistics (AMZL) - Bachelor's degree or above - Experience in performance metrics, process improvement, and Lean methodologies - Work flexible schedules including weekends, nights, and holidays - Experience in written and verbal communication skills to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership - Experience delivering complex projects with prior ownership of the operation of a mission-critical team and/or product - Experience in analytical tasks or projects, working with data
