Amazon's Reliability, Maintenance & Engineering (RME) team ensures that our global fulfillment and operations networks run safely, efficiently, and at peak performance.
A Senior Program Manager in Central - Bachelor's degree in Engineering (any domain), Operations, Business Administration, or a related field - Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization - Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership - 5+ years of program or project management experience - Experience delivering results for large, cross-functional initiatives with process improvements, automation, and analysis - Experience driving execution of large-scale project plans with multiple teams in support of business goals
