30am till the task is completed for the day Responsibilities Manage and lead a team of prime mover drivers to support daily transport operations. Plan and prioritise daily operational activities to maximise efficiency and resource utilisation. Assign transportation jobs through the PSA Haulier Community System.

Monitor job progress and ensure timely completion of all assigned deliveries. Track driver movements in real time using GPS monitoring systems. Communicate with drivers to resolve operational issues and provide timely support. Process transportation and operational documentation through the PSA Portnet System.

Manage depot booking arrangements through CDAS CMS online. Coordinate closely with customer service teams on customer trucking requirements. Collaborate with the Operations Assistant Manager to improve operational efficiency and optimise company resources.

Ensure compliance with Integrated Management System (IMS) standards, including ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 22301 requirements. Support the achievement of IMS policies, objectives, and performance targets. Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in logistics traffic control, transportation operations , or a related field. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Outlook. Familiarity with Singapore road networks for effective job allocation and route planning.
