What You’ll Do As the Technical Solutions Engineer at Legl , you’ll play a crucial hands-on role at the intersection of product, engineering and customer delivery.

Legl has a growing catalogue of PMS and DMS integrations (Clio, Actionstep, NetDocuments, iManage and others, with more launching this year through our partner ecosystem), plus a quickly growing need for more customer and partner enablement on our APIs and technical capabilities.

Your job is to make sure this wide variety of integrations land inside every customer launch and across the existing base. Own the technical workstream inside customer launches.

Scope the integration at kick-off, coordinate the customer’s IT and third parties, configure and deploy, and verify it actually works before and after go-live. Activate and monitor the installed base. We are always looking for ways to add value for our 600+ clients using industry-leading integrated capability.
