In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor supporting our Go-To-Market (GTM) and People functions, alongside broader corporate and operational initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity for an agile practitioner with strong commercial SaaS experience and generalist capabilities to drive business growth while safeguarding the company across the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. This position reports to the Senior Director of Legal and is remote eligible. This is a permanent full-time opportunity and based in Sydney. Duties and Responsibilities: Negotiate, draft, and review commercial agreements concerning online subscription software, data privacy and processing, intellectual property use, and professional services. Work with the global Legal and People teams on employment law matters. Provide strategic and practical legal advice on corporate governance and other legal projects as business needs evolve. Collaborate with all members of the legal team across international office locations, including attorney and non-attorney personnel.
