Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis - Banking/Financial Services

Key Responsibilities: - Perform financial analysis and support the resolution of lower-complexity financial and business problems. - Support period-end close activities and coordinate with finance teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting. - Assist with annual planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities. - Analyze and report on P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow to support business and financial decision-making. - Develop and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and key performance metrics. - Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, variances, and key business insights. - Apply accounting, financial, and operational principles in day-to-day activities. - Work as an individual contributor within a team and manage assigned activities with moderate guidance. - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and operate effectively within a third-party/client environment. - Follow defined processes and procedures while maintaining accuracy and quality of financial deliverables. - Support activities across assigned finance processes based on business requirements. - Be willing to work in rotational shifts, if required. Required Skillset: - Strong domain understanding of FP&A, Controllership, or Core Finance (Record-to-Report/RTR). - Hands-on experience with period-end close processes. - Experience in annual planning, budgeting, and forecasting. - Good understanding of all three financial statements: P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow. - Good knowledge of accounting, financial, and operational principles. - Experience developing financial reports, metrics, and management reporting. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel. - Ability to work effectively in a third-party/client-facing environment.
