About the Role: ValueLabs is looking for skilled ServiceNow Developers to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. If you have hands-on experience in ITSM, ServiceNow integrations, custom application development, JavaScript, and Flow Designer, this is your chance to work on cutting-edge platforms powering global enterprises! What You'll Do: - Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, etc.) - Build and manage custom applications using ServiceNow's platform (Application Engine, UI Policies, Client Scripts, etc.) - Develop and maintain integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and web services - Utilize Flow Designer to automate complex business workflows and service processes - Write clean, efficient JavaScript (Client & Server-side) for custom logic and UI enhancements - Collaborate with cross-functional teams on solution design, testing, and deployment - Support ongoing maintenance, performance tuning, and release management What We're Looking For: - Hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITSM and custom application development. - Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow UI/UX customization. - Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST/SOAP, MID Server, Web Services). - Familiarity with ServiceNow Application Development Lifecycle (ADL) and DevOps practices. - Understanding of ITIL principles is a plus. - Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
