Solutions Engineers (SEs) at Okta play a pivotal role in the customer journey, helping organizations solve complex identity challenges. We engage with customers at every stage, combining our technical curiosity with business insight to drive meaningful conversations. We’re looking for team players who can create impactful sales presentations, build compelling product demonstrations, and educate a wide audience on modern cloud security solutions. What You’ll be doing: Support customers throughout the sales journey (discovery, validation, proposal, due diligence), demonstrating the value of the Okta Platform through live demos and presentations. Communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the customer's organization, including CxO, security, developers, Product Managers, and IT administrators. Bridge the gap between business and technology for diverse audiences, from security engineers and developers to CISOs and CIOs.
