Marketing Executive - Campaign and Operations

We're looking for a Marketing Executive - Campaign & Operations to coordinate and deliver marketing campaigns, promotions, venue activations and merchandise rollouts across our venue network. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys balancing creativity with operational excellence, ensuring campaigns are executed on time, on budget and with maximum impact. About the Role As a key member of the marketing team, you'll manage the end-to-end delivery of campaigns, working closely with agencies, suppliers, venue teams and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution. You'll play an important role in supporting business growth through effective campaign management, operational communications, local venue marketing and performance reporting. What You'll Be Doing Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of marketing campaigns and promotions. Manage agency relationships and campaign timelines to ensure successful execution. Support marketing operations, budget tracking and forecasting activities. Lead venue communications and local marketing execution across the venue network. Bring national and local campaigns to life through venue activations, promotional materials and stakeholder engagement. Monitor campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations to improve results. Support supplier management and collaborate with internal teams to achieve business objectives. Ensure all campaigns are delivered on brand and in line with operational standards. About You You'll be a proactive, organised and commercially minded marketer who enjoys working across multiple projects and stakeholders. You'll bring: Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Design or a related discipline. 2-3 years' experience in a marketing, campaigns or operations role. Experience working with paid media campaigns and agency partners. Experience within retail, hospitality or QSR environments. Strong project management, communication and problem-solving skills. Understanding of digital, social and paid, earned and owned media channels. A passion for delivering exceptional campaign execution and venue experiences. Why Join Us?
