Job Description

Job Summary As As Executive Assistant to the Chief People & Culture Officer (CPCO) , you will provide executive support to the CPCO while gaining broad exposure to the organisation’s People & Culture agenda. This is more than a traditional administrative support role. You will work closely with the CPCO and People & Culture teams to prepare management presentations, coordinate priorities, support HR reporting and analysis, and contribute to selected People & Culture projects. We welcome fresh graduates as well as candidates with relevant experience . We are looking for someone organised, curious, resourceful and eager to learn, with strong communication and PowerPoint skills and an interest in building a career in People & Culture. What You Will Do Executive Support • Manage and coordinate the CPCO’s calendar, meetings, appointments and priorities. • Coordinate engagements with senior leaders, internal stakeholders and external parties. • Anticipate deadlines, meeting requirements and follow-up actions. • Organise meetings, travel, itineraries, claims and related administration. • Manage correspondence, key presentations, papers and documents requiring the CPCO’s attention. • Handle confidential employee and organisational matters with discretion and professionalism. Presentations & Management Materials • Prepare and enhance PowerPoint presentations for senior management and leadership meetings. • Turn ideas, information and data into clear, concise and visually effective slides. • Support management papers, briefing notes, reports and correspondence. • Develop charts, tables, timelines and simple visualisations. • Consolidate inputs from different teams into coherent, accurate and professionally presented management materials. Priority & Project Coordination • Track the CPCO’s key priorities, commitments and People & Culture deliverables. • Coordinate inputs from P&C teams for meetings, presentations, papers and submissions. • Track decisions, actions, owners, timelines, milestones, risks and upcoming decisions. • Support selected People & Culture projects, including project planning, coordination and progress tracking. HR Reporting & Insights • Consolidate and validate HR information for management reporting and decision-making. • Prepare basic analyses, summaries, charts and dashboards using Excel and PowerPoint. • Support reporting in areas such as workforce, talent, performance, engagement and culture. • Conduct research and benchmarking on HR practices, workforce trends and emerging People & Culture topics. • Help translate HR data and information into clear and decision-useful insights. People & Culture Exposure You will have the opportunity to support and learn about different areas of People & Culture, including: • Talent Attraction and Talent Acquisition • Employee Experience and Workforce Services • People analytics • People & Culture transformation You will work alongside P&C specialists and progressively take on broader responsibilities as your capabilities develop What We Are Looking For Qualifications & Experience • Degree in Human Resources, Business, Management, Communications or a related discipline; no experience required. • Candidates with a Diploma and 3–5 years of relevant working experience in executive support, HR, project coordination, business support or a related area are also welcome to apply. • Candidates from other disciplines who demonstrate strong communication, analytical and organisational capabilities will also be considered. • Relevant internships, university projects, leadership roles, case competitions, practical project experience, prior exposure to HR, executive support or senior stakeholders will be advantageous. PowerPoint & Communication • Turn unstructured information into clear and logical slides. • Build a coherent storyline and communicate complex information simply. • Present information using charts, tables, diagrams and simple visualisations. • Produce accurate and professionally presented materials. You Should Also Have • Strong written and spoken English. • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely. • Good attention to detail and proofreading skills. Analytical & Digital Skills • Comfortable working with numbers and information. • Working knowledge of Excel, including basic formulas, tables and charts. • Ability to identify patterns and draw basic insights from data. • Comfortable using Microsoft 365, digital collaboration tools and AI-enabled productivity tools appropriately for research, analysis, synthesis and presentation preparation.
