More than a job: a mission We’re looking for a Project Manager to lead Onboard & Urban Signalling projects in Madrid, driving execution and ensuring delivery of critical transport systems that connect cities and reduce carbon footprint. You’ll work alongside people who show up with ownership, passion, and dedication - because they know what’s at stake: the journey home. Your role, your impact • Plan and manage full project execution from transfer to close-out, in line with Contract / Program Charter • Lead project teams, including core members and partners (internal & external) • Manage project performance (cash, margin, quality, delivery, customer satisfaction) • Ensure contract compliance and protect Alstom’s legal and contractual rights • Drive risk and opportunity management proactively • Align stakeholders and represent Alstom towards customers and partners • Monitor KPIs and report transparently to senior management • Ensure full compliance with EHS standards and Code of Ethics You’ll work with sharp, committed teams across engineering, finance, legal, operations and customer stakeholders - solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility.
