They are focused on replacing legacy systems while maintaining complete business continuity, implementing new platforms to eliminate system silos, and aligning delivery with global process standards. This transformation involves complex integration planning, vendor management, and cross-functional collaboration across multiple regions. They are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team in Wrocław on a contract basis. This role offers the opportunity to lead high-impact transformation programmes involving legacy system migration, platform implementation, and global stakeholder management across a complex technical landscape. Position Overview As Project Manager, you will own the complete lifecycle governance of critical system transformation programmes. You will lead the TSA-driven replacement of legacy systems, drive the implementation of the Polaris CPQO platform, and manage the phased migration to ensure zero disruption to business operations. This role requires you to navigate scope ambiguity, develop flexible integration plans, and coordinate delivery across global teams while maintaining rigorous programme controls and executive reporting. Responsibilities • Own full lifecycle programme governance including roadmap planning and milestone tracking • Manage RAID logs, change control processes, budget oversight and vendor delivery • Lead TSA-driven legacy system replacement with phased migration cutover planning • Ensure 100% business continuity throughout all system transitions • Drive Polaris CPQO platform implementation and commercial tool consolidation initiatives • Eliminate system silos through strategic platform integration • Align system delivery with global process standards and legacy exit strategies • Develop flexible integration plans addressing S4HANA and Salesforce scope ambiguity • Create contingency solutions to mitigate technical and delivery risks • Manage global cross-functional stakeholders across multiple time zones • Deliver regular executive reporting on programme status and risks • Resolve cross-team bottlenecks and dependencies • Oversee operational readiness planning and user adoption strategies • Coordinate post-launch hypercare support activities Requirements • 6-8 years of project management experience • Proven track record managing complex system transformation programmes • Experience leading legacy system migration and platform implementation projects • Strong understanding of programme governance frameworks and methodologies • Demonstrated ability managing TSA-driven transitions and phased cutovers • Experience with commercial platforms and system consolidation initiatives • Knowledge of integration planning for enterprise systems like S4HANA and Salesforce • Skilled in RAID management, change control and budget oversight • Experience managing vendor relationships and third-party delivery • Strong stakeholder management skills across global, cross-functional teams • Excellent executive communication and reporting capabilities • Ability to develop contingency plans and navigate scope ambiguity • Experience with operational readiness and user adoption planning • Fluent English language skills Benefits While specific benefits have not been detailed, you will work on high-impact transformation programmes that directly shape the organisation's digital future.
