ExodusPoint is seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer to partner directly with our portfolio management and investment teams to build AI solutions while leveraging our central AI platform. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, AI, and front-office investment workflows.

As an AI Engineer focused on front office adoption, you will work directly with portfolio managers and analysts to build and deliver impactful AI-powered workflows leveraging the capabilities of our central AI platform.

You will turn high-value use cases into production AI agents and tools and create reusable templates and artifacts that make AI accessible to all investment users.

Responsibilities

Partner with investment and trading teams to translate business problems into clear AI solution designs with defined objectives, metrics, and rollout plans. Build AI agents, tools, and workflows using the AI capabilities offered by the firm’s AI central platform.

Demonstrate the art of the possible and drive AI adoption across investment teams. Run working sessions with business users, gather feedback, and iterate on solutions to drive adoption and effective AI usage patterns.

Build and document reusable artifacts that can be rolled out to other teams - prompt templates, workflows, and configurable components across various aspects of investment lifecycle. Collaborate closely with the central AI Platform teams to contribute code, tool, patterns and
