The Opportunity & Role Overview While initially anchored in residential conveyancing (approx. 90%), this position is designed to evolve. As the firm scales, you will gain hands-on exposure to commercial property, developments, and complex subdivision matters. • Run residential conveyancing files end-to-end with high efficiency, accuracy, and minimal supervision. • Leverage streamlined practice management and workflow tools. • Move beyond standard residential transactions into broader commercial and development work as your commercial acumen develops.
