You love Sourcing, infusing dedicated structured blocks of time each week to proactively source and headhunt passive candidates through channels like LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and networking, building strong pipelines independent of inbound applicant flow. Proven track record of managing multiple full-cycle searches simultaneously while maintaining a high-touch, responsive candidate experience at every stage of the process. Clear, persuasive communication helps you build trust quickly with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders alike. Structured and detail-oriented by nature, you follow processes while always looking for ways to improve it. A genuine drive to build diverse talent pipelines shapes how you think strategically about long-term team composition, not just filling seats.
