Greenhouse is searching for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our Employer Experience & Talent Discovery team. This team builds the experiences and signals that help employers find the right talent faster, while creating the foundation for a trusted talent discovery ecosystem. In this role, you’ll contribute to Talent Matching, Talent Rediscovery, and related employer-facing experiences. You’ll work across the stack to build product capabilities and the search and matching systems behind them, with a particular focus on OpenSearch or Elasticsearch and practical applications of AI to matching, ranking, and search relevance.
