Program Manager, Product & GTM Enablement

This Program Manager will build and scale the enablement programs that help our Sales and Customer Success teams sell and support a fast-evolving product portfolio. This role owns the operational and curriculum backbone of GTM Enablement: turning product launches into repeatable training, managing the logistics and communications behind every rollout, and building the systems that let enablement scale across multiple audiences. You'll partner closely with Product Marketing, Product, Sales, Customer Success, and RevOps, and work directly with the leader of the Product + GTM Enablement team. This role is a strong fit for an organized, AI-fluent learning designer who turns ambiguity into training sellers can act on, and is able to own enablement programs end-to-end.
