Manager/Senior Manager - Technology Strategy & Transformation - Consumer Goods/Retail & Travel Sector

Role Overview: We are looking for a Technology Strategy and Transformation Manager / Senior Manager with experience in Consumer Goods, Retail, and Travel. Requirements: - MBA from a tier 1 institute (preferable) + minimum 6 years of consulting experience. - 9+ years of Strategy Consulting experience at a reputed consulting firm. - Hands-on experience in at least 2 of our offerings: Enterprise Architecture, Technology ROI/Cost Take-out, Application Portfolio Optimization, Modern Architecture, Cloud Transformation, AI-led reinvention. - 4+ years of experience leading or managing large teams effectively including planning/structuring analytical work, facilitating team workshops, and developing technology strategy recommendations. - Functional and/or technical skills in one or more leading edge industry technology platforms (e.g. SAP ECC and/or S/4, Oracle EBS and/or Fusion, Salesforce, SAP Commerce Cloud, Adobe, Microsoft Dynamics 365, O9, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder). - Hands-on skills in one or more leading cloud hyper-scalers such as Azure, AWS and GCP. - Familiarity with one or more AI/ML services and agent orchestration platforms such as Azure ML, Google Cloud/Vertex AI, AWS Sagemaker/Bedrock, LangChain/LangGraph, n8n, Flowise and CrewAI. - Understanding and application of leading concepts in Business Architecture, Application Architecture, Infrastructure Architecture, Security Architecture, Integration Architecture, Microservices architecture and SOA. - Practical use of Enterprise Architecture tools such as Troux, Mega, Alfabet, Archimate, etc. - Experience in designing technology governance constructs based on established frameworks such as TOGAF and COBIT is preferred. - Strong understanding of the Consumer Goods, Retail and Travel industry is required. - Good knowledge of technology and enterprise architecture concepts through practical experience and knowledge of technology trends e.g. AI, Agentic, Mobility, Cloud, Digital, Collaboration. - Exposure to industry frameworks e.g. GS1, ISO 14001 is desirable.
