HR Manager (Financial Institution) • Asian-Headquartered Financial Institution • Talent, Performance & Culture Our client is an established Asian-headquartered financial institution which has been highly successful. As the firm continues to grow, it is seeking to appoint a HR Manager to support its broader people agenda across front to back office in a collaborative and dynamic environment. Responsibilities Reporting to the Head of People, you will manage a broad HR portfolio with particular focus on talent, performance management and the end-to-end employee lifecycle. Your scope will include performance review processes and talent development plans, while working closely with managers and employees on day-to-day people matters. You will be responsible for core HR operations from onboarding through to offboarding, while ensuring sound HR governance and consistent employee experience. In addition, you will support HR initiatives and process improvements as the organisation continues to expand. Requirements You are a degree-qualified HR professional with strong generalist experience, ideally gained within banking, asset management or a broader financial institution. You bring hands-on exposure across talent and performance processes, employee lifecycle management and HR operations, including payroll oversight. Collaborative, organised and pragmatic, you are comfortable operating in a lean and fast-moving environment and engaging stakeholders across both front and corporate functions. You possess strong judgement, attention to detail and the ability to balance operational delivery with broader people priorities.
