Consultant Primary Skills • Blackduck, ZAP Proxy, Penetration Testing, Fortify, Veracode Specialization • Quality Engineering - Security Testing: Senior Engineer Job requirements • Key Responsibilities • Design and execute test strategies for Salesforce Agentforce implementations. • Validate AI agent conversations, topics, actions, prompts, and business workflows. • Perform Functional, Regression, Integration, System, UAT, and End-to-End testing. • Test Agentforce integrations with Salesforce Clouds and third-party applications. • Validate AI-generated responses for accuracy, relevance, compliance, and business outcomes. • Create and maintain test cases, test data, and automation suites. • Perform API testing using Postman or similar tools. • Validate Data Cloud integrations and data synchronization. • Conduct conversational AI testing, chatbot testing, and prompt validation. • Execute performance, reliability, and scalability testing of AI agents. • Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, Solution Architects, and Product Owners during Agile delivery cycles. • Track defects using Jira and participate in sprint ceremonies. • Ensure production readiness through smoke testing and release validation.
