This will significantly increase your chances of success **Role Context**: Smart PS is our clients' core tool for project planning and human resource allocation: workload management, forward planning, consultant assignment tracking, and Business Unit capacity analysis. Its reliability and alignment with Technical Management practices are directly critical to staffing quality and operational performance. **Key Responsibilities**: **1. Preferred Point of Contact for Technical Management** - Act as the single, trusted point of contact for Technical Directors, Project Managers and Scope Owners on all matters related to Smart PS. - Develop a deep understanding of Technical Management processes and constraints (staffing, capacity, project portfolio). - Attend governance bodies and steering meetings of Technical Management to anticipate evolving requirements. **2. Application Run & L2/L3 Support** - Oversee functional and technical incident management on Smart PS (qualification, escalation, resolution). - Monitor critical tickets and ensure SLA compliance (target: P1/P2 resolution time < 4 hours). - Manage the relationship with software vendors or development teams for complex bug resolution. - Maintain and enrich the knowledge base (KB) for L1 and L2 support teams. **3. Roadmap Management (Enhance)** - Co-build and prioritize the Smart PS functional roadmap with Technical Management as the primary business Product Owner. - Analyze and qualify change requests: feasibility, impact, business value, estimated effort. - Write or validate detailed functional specifications (FSD) and acceptance criteria. - Track developments and deliveries through to go-live, in coordination with technical teams. - Ensure the Smart PS roadmap remains aligned with the evolving processes and priorities of Technical Management. **4. Team Coordination & Leadership** - Lead and manage the Solution Analyst team assigned to the Smart PS scope. - Drive team upskilling on the functional and technical specificities of Smart PS. - Manage workload distribution and activity prioritization within the team. **5. Data Quality & Governance** - Ensure the consistency, integrity and reliability of planning and allocation data managed in Smart PS. - Define and lead test plans (functional UAT, non-regression tests) before each release. - Drive data cleansing campaigns and governance of the resource/project repository. - Produce quality reports and dashboards for management and Technical Management stakeholders. **6. Change Management & Training** - Design and deliver training sessions for Technical Directors, Project Managers and key users of Smart PS. - Produce user documentation (guides, tutorials, FAQs) in French and English. - Drive communications to impacted populations during major releases. - Collect field feedback and incorporate it into continuous improvement cycles. **7. Innovation & Scope Evolution** - Identify and propose automations to optimize planning and resource allocation processes. - Evaluate AI opportunities applicable to Smart PS: staffing suggestions, overload detection, capacity optimization. - Contribute to target architecture thinking and integration roadmap with the ALTEN IS **8.
