OPERATIONS Perform order processing operations in compliance to rating principles as well as operator variations Perform documentation for order processing activities Perform stock transfer/system transaction in WMS Monitor cargo handling schedules to ensure timelines are complied with Perform system receipt of cargoes Validate documentations and escalate non-conformities Identify operational shortfall and escalate CUSTOMERSERVICE Manage appropriate mitigating actions/plans to manage lapse in delivery of logistics services Prepare reports for customers and operation Perform billing process Job Requirements PC literate Experience in warehousing and logistics will be an advantage Location: Pioneer Lye Chong Herng (R1657957) Business Edge Personnel Services Pte Ltd (96C4864)
