Human Resource & SHEQ Officer

Introduction Polymer Manufacturing Description Human Resource / Health And Safety Iso 1400 And Sheq Location: Krugersdorp Key Responsibilities: · Manage recruitment, selection, interviews and onboarding · Prepare employment contracts, job descriptions and HR documentation · Manage employee relations, disciplinary processes and grievances · Provide guidance on South African labour legislation · Liaise with unions and employee representatives · Coordinate training and development activities · Maintain the Skills Matrix, Training Matrix and training records and competency evaluations · Support performance management and employee development · Maintain accurate employee files, leave and attendance records on Uniclox clock system · Provide payroll information and HR administration support · Do Payroll weekly for wage employees on Pastel Payroll · Coordinate Employment Equity activities and Skills Development requirements · Support WSP and ATR submissions · Maintain HR legal and statutory registers · Support Occupational Health & Safety initiatives · Prepare monthly HR reports and monitor absenteeism and labour turnover · Ensure compliance with company policies and ISO 9001:2015 / IATF 16949 requirements · Implement, maintain and continuously improve ISO 1400 and SHEQ systems · Maintain HR-related requirements for ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949 compliance Minimum Requirements: · Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology, Psychology, Labour Relations or a related field · NQF Level 6 · Minimum 5 years' HR experience in a manufacturing environment · Sound knowledge and practical experience in labour legislation · Practical experience with ISO 14001 and SHEQ systems · Experience in implementing, maintaining and managing ISO 14001 and SHEQ requirements · Experience in disciplinary hearings, recruitment, payroll support and training · Key Skills: · Labour Relations · Recruitment and HR Administration · Employment Equity & Skills Development · Report Writing · Microsoft Office and HR Information Systems · Excellent communication and negotiation skills · Problem-solving, planning and organising We offer Minimum Requirements: · Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology, Psychology, Labour Relations or a related field · NQF Level 6 · Minimum 5 years' HR experience in a manufacturing environment · Sound knowledge and practical experience in labour legislation · Practical experience with ISO 14001 and SHEQ systems · Experience in implementing, maintaining and managing ISO 14001 and SHEQ requirements · Experience in disciplinary hearings, recruitment, payroll support and training · Key Skills: · Labour Relations · Recruitment and HR Administration · Employment Equity & Skills Development · Report Writing · Microsoft Office and HR Information Systems · Excellent communication and negotiation skills · Problem-solving, planning and organising
