Job Description

What are the key objectives and expectations from this role? The Regional HR Change Lead is responsible for driving the people side of transformation across the region, ensuring successful adoption of organizational, process, and cultural changes. The role partners closely with HR Leadership, Business Leaders, and HR teams across Asia Pacific Middle East and Africa region to design and execute change strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, communications, capability-building initiatives, and change effectiveness measurement. By fostering readiness, adoption, and sustainable behavior change, the role enables the successful delivery of strategic transformation programs and the evolution of the HR operating model across markets. ACCOUNTABILITIES • Embedding Change Projects: Assess organizational readiness and identify change risks and mitigation actions; Drive capability-building and behaviour change interventions to support new ways of working; Measure and track change effectiveness, adoption, and employee sentiment, providing insights to leadership. • HR Operating Model Deployment:Lead regional coordination of change management of HR Operating Model across HR teams in Asia Pacific Middle East and Africa region. Develop and execute stakeholder engagement, communication, and change adoption plans. • Leadership Workshops for Transformation: Lead the regional deployment of leadership team workshops for embedding behaviours needed for transformation and growth -ensuring effective planning, communications, training, stakeholder alignment, and market readiness to achieve successful implementation and sustainable employee adoption. • People Cycle Deployment:Support leaders with coaching and advisory in effectively executing the people cycle activities as per the new ways of work . • Talent Management:Support regional functional leaders to effectively drive the functional talent strategy as well as the annual talent review and performance management cycle. • HR Data & Analytics:Support data-driven decision making through HR analytics dashboard and relevant insights from both internal organization and external industry. Experience Required: • 12-15 years of experience in an HR generalist or supportrole, preferably within a similar multinational CPG environment. • Experience in areas such as project and change management,talent management, performance management • Familiarity with HR information systems, processes, datamanagement, and standard methodologies. • Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. Technical / Functional / Leadership Skills Required: • Demonstrated ability to build relationships withstakeholders at all levels. Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Organizational & Problem-Solving: Proactive approachto identifying issues and developing effective solutions with the ability tomanage multiple tasks and priorities. • Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive andconfidential information with discretion. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word,PowerPoint) and HR systems. Knowledge / Education / Qualifications /Certifications Required: • Education: Bachelors’ degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies, or any other relevant field. • Qualification (good to have): Any CIPD certification or equivalent. • Knowledge: Employment laws and regulations relevant to the FMCG/tobacco industry and its unique HR challenges. Awareness of HR technology and digital tools to improve HR processes & familiarity with DEI principles and initiatives. #J-18808-Ljbffr
